One example of homework for English class

Hi Ann,

I received your e-mail and after I had read it the first time I went through each sentence again.

I was surprised because at the 11th hour you had changed your opinion and informed me about it. You know that I have already put on the whole event and spent roughly 1,000 $. Maybe it’s an irrelevant fact for you, but I don’t have money to throw around. It cost me an arm and a leg, but I will keep everything I have already ordered because I can’t change anything at the drop of a hat.

I don’t suppose you will give me back a half of the money, will you. Don’t worry; I won’t go bananas about that. I don’t want to argue with you, and I hope we will stay in touch.

Maja
